No one’s signing a contract on something that wasn’t supposed to work… they banks initial investment was 4-5million out of pocket until they found another investor. Typically when someone invests 5-10million into you, it’s pretty common business practice to lock in on a contract after lots of money was made, this would’ve concreted and cemented the “new faze” they would still have a huge team around, Zack bia, tav, kaysan… some of the most connected figures in LA. Huge house party’s and they were throwing REAL party’s, connections, networking, sponsors. There is a reason it worked, the faze blueprint and blowing up all the core boys in unison. You sign the contract, continue the insane growth and negotiate down the line.
