They have no clue what they're talking about. It's the medications. My cousin was discharged from the Navy because he developed type 1 diabetes. He can be deployed and dependent on insulin shots.

It's similar to someone being told they have diabetes and it's not something you can control with diet, you have to take medication every day. Insulin has to be kept in a refrigerator and you can't rely on someone who can't perform their job without it. You get a medical retirement if it's new. If it's a person trying to get into the Army and you already know you have it, you are passed over. There's a lot of things that will keep you from serving. We want a person who is the best of the best now to be in the military!

You said almost perfectly. thank you. however, we should all stop saying race, racism. there's only one race left and that's the homo sapiens which we all are. The pigment in her skin doesn't reflect a different race. that's an old 1950s view. we as humans can be ignorant, bigotry, prejudice, and we should use these terminologies and stop using the word different races
