This deputy got charged, and I sentenced a 12 and a 1/2 years in state prison.He should have gotten sentenced 40 years in federal prison.For the s*** he has done not twelve and a half years , he's gotten forty years

12 felonies got 1 year per felony and nothing on the misdemeanor. how is thats just.should get the max sentence of the person that got the worst charges he manufactured. some of those charges carried 40 years
