It just means you have no idea why people are saying shes bad. She is a downgrade to c6 Faruzan a 4 star, so why would you pull an additional 5 star character? The thing she offers is healing in exchange for 90-180 wishes, thats not good value, getting vertical investment on Vesna is better than getting Vodyanitsa and if you dont wanna play without healing just select mizuki from the standard selector and from the constellation event and you will have a better team than pulling for either Vesna or Vodyanitsa.
