You said u never buy pomegranates because of the amount of work it takes to remove the seeds? That’s because you’re not supposed to cut it open like that. You simply slice off the top then score the skin along the white membrane lines that you see and pull it open like this

There’s actually a pretty easy way to get the seeds out. You cut along the membranes and then bang on the outside. You can google it lol
