nice piece. but as an FYI there are far better solutions that you can leverage using copilot and hook claude or chatgpt into it. why? your security and governance is largely handled and you can leverage work IQ which help ai understand your business as it evolves. so you can use your preferred llm, but inside a proven governance and security boundary. your business data, emails, docs are the knowledge base.

Great advice! There is very little information online about how to set up this type of AI knowledge base for teams. And as you probably found, it’s difficult to build without going the wrong direction and encountering human friction. Nearly every small business needs this. This is a great topic for future videos. Also, it would be great to see this video on your YouTube channel, so I can share it with people who don’t have TikTok.
