@mungbean_health: One thing you can do to support your fertility that’s FREE is Check your cervical mucus! It is usually dry and sticky around the start of the follicular phase, long before you ovulate. Then as we progress and as ovulation comes closer it becomes white/creamy and often more stretchy. Just before ovulation and as we are ovulating it should be like raw egg whites- clear, stringy and stretchy! Like a super highway and very nourishing for the swimmers! Thank you estrogen!
