I have a chevron 45 minutes east of longview and its 7.99 for diesel amd 5.99 for gas

Grand opening. Someone is absorbing the federal and state taxes to offer the limited time price. At the same time the chevron just south of there has diesel at almost 8 dollars a gallon.
