so let me ask you then....I drink more water every single day than anything else. I should be a fish at this point. My hair is still dry and frizzy. I am on a weight loss journey, I eat pretty healthy, Im on meds for my thyroid. My hair falls out like crazy. I know you cant see my hair or anything but, any suggestions.....?. TYIA.

All I use is cheap Swave shampoo and conditioner. This was before I cut off 24 1/4 inches and donated it for Wigs for Kids. I have donated over 7 feet of hair since 2005 😊 Right now I'm letting it grow back out for the first time in 3 years

Do you have any tips for curly hair I have super curly hair but every type of shampoo and products I use on it just dries it out and frizz and I just had a baby so postpartum hair loss is not helping 😭😭
