@helentaylorrr: you know what i WISH i stewed the apples before but you know what, they are still delish xx you’ll need: - 1 apple (i used royal gala) - 2 eggs - 150ml any milk (i used whole) - 1tbsp honey / maple syrup - 1tsp cinnamon - 120g plain flour - butter for frying method: 1. begin by peeling, coring and grating the apple on the course setting (or finer if you prefer smaller pieces). set to one side. 2. in a medium sized bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon and flour until completely smooth (use an electric whisk if you have one or if not, just keep whisking until no lumps of flour remain!). 3. in a medium sized frying pan / crepe pan, melt a knob of butter on a medium heat. make sure the butter is completely coating the base of the pan. 4. using either a pouring jug or ladle, pour enough batter to just cover the base of the pan. 5. cook for a couple of minutes or until the crepe is golden underneath. carefully flip the crepe over. 6. now scatter a small handful of the grated apple all over the pancake. using a spatula, carefully fold the crepe in half to create a semi circle, covering the apples. then fold over again to create a quarter circle. 7. cook for another few minutes, flipping over to make sure the apples are warmed through. 8. serve whilst warm and top with a generous dollop of greek yogurt. 9. sprinkle with a handful of chopped walnuts and a drizzle of honey… enjoy!🍎 #apple #EasyRecipes #pancakes #breakfastideas #yogurt
