Add your chicken pieces into the marinade and set aside for 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. 4. Pour your potato starch onto a plate and fully coat your chicken pieces into the potato starch. 5. Coat your air fryer tray with spray oil, place your chicken coated with potato starch into the tray, and lightly spray your chicken with more oil. 6. Cook in your air fryer at 390°F for 13-15 minutes, flipping halfway through or until crispy and golden brown. 7. Add in your Thai basil on top of the cooked chicken and air fryer for another 2-3 minutes. 8.
