husband and I tried to get into residential construction. And by that I mean we've done a couple. correctly. working with plenty of subcontractors who.... let's just say it's been an expensive lesson. But there's no excuse for bad quality. our most recent build. we've decided that if we can't sell it because it's really high-end for the market, we're going to move into it, and sell the house we live in because it would be an easier sell. But that's how well it's built. But I sent him every single one of these types of videos, because we have dealt with every one of these types of subcontractors. And if they're bad enough, my husband goes in and does some of this stuff himself. fixes it. properly. Thank God for his engineering degree.. That man can solve anti problem!

Heck my 1964 built home has less wrong w it 3 families raised 3-6 kids each family in this home but why I will die here ,, watch strouss home builders in Michigan build a home across the street from me , it’s a crew of 30-40 yr old white men once they started they have been moving but I hear hammers & not high impact nails being used ,, this company has yr home supplies all there before they start yr home & by watching them all day they don’t hurry to get it done they r doing it right not cheap & fast !!! U get what u pay for 😁
