Terry Arellano :

WHERE in NC? (Please don't say Piedmont lol!)

raydean51 :

But North Carolina is a big area and you are not giving the area you are in

Laura ~ laura_bar_stitches :

Oh Lord of Mercy, you're the second North Carolinian I've seen finding all spoons 🫣 I bought sleds for the kids this summer at the consignment store so I figured that meant we were definitely not getting any snow 😄

💙TheWildOlive💙 :

Yay spoons!!!!!! I’m looking for another 21 inch snow apocalypse! ❄️💙

🔮ᴠᴇxᴀяᴀ𖤐🔮 :

After all this heat and no AC bring on the snow!

Richard Webster :

we have spoons in virginia also

Becky Sykes :

Unfortunately I grew up in eastern nc (coastline) and the old tail I grew up hearing is if we had a bad summer we’re gonna have a bad winter. Past what 2 years we had 2 bad winters and 2 bad summers

Toni Lynn :

All of them I’ve seen on here are spoons this year. Waaaaaaahhhhh!!!!

Lizabeth Ashley :

Welll now I know what these things are! They are all in my backyard. Gonna have to see what I find inside!

kim s :

that looks so good

MuffinMan :

We have 2 wild persimmon trees, I'm the only one that eats em, but I just snack on em. The flavor can be a bit much, the rest I leave for the deer.

Jennifer :

I miss persimmon pudding! I had an elderly neighbor that used to make it for us every year and I haven’t had any since she passed ten years ago. Looks good!

Lindsay Danley :

In NC, and have spoons as well! 😁

Angela | RN Homesteader :

Ma’am. Stop cutting open the spoons!!!! You know I’m not even mad actually. At least it’s not knives. 😂 saving this for later for when ours drop. Usually after it gets cooler.

Uuhmelia :

I saw spoons today! To cut the seed I used a potato peeler

lilcatt :

Oh No

✨Yva🤬🤬🤬 :

Honestly we're due for a cold winter. We've had mild ones for the past few years.

freethinkertoo :

I have several persimmon trees and love pudding. Since I have plenty in the freezer, I’m leaving them lay for the deer.

Michelle Griffith :

Here in Southwestern Virginia, I counted 29 August fogs.
