okay but there is this thing called words. you can speak them. so if it didn't want her dressing that way or was like embarrassed at work or whatever because of it. you can have a conversation with her about that. making her go out into the cold to pump her gas in order to get revenge on her for showing up in that outfit is childish at best and controlling and abusive at worst
