My granddaughter texted me last week and right in the middle of the conversation she said I am pregnant and then said nothing else about it. The other day I found out that she hasn’t told her maternal grandmother. I wish she was older but I told her that I am with her. She is too young. I blame it on her mom because I told her last year that she needs to get her on birth control. I suggested that she should get her the implant and she would be able to have a baby when she is older. I must admit I have bought her a pack and play with a bassinet, car seat, play mat, socks and mittens. I can’t remember what else. I am in a nursing home and my insurance is paying for it so I had my whole check next month I will only get a hundred dollar allowance. I may be able to get her a box of diapers then. I told her mom she will need to get the stroller. I am going to be a GREAT GRANDMA

I used to tell my Mom you love my son more than me. lol. She would say I love you both it’s a different kind of love. She said you will understand one day. I’m a Grandma to an almost 3 year old and I get it now. Hailey is going to be a good Momma cause she had the best role model. Congratulations!!
