zofran ice cold water and sucking on peppermint mints has been saving me I’m 26 weeks nearly with hg and still nauseous on the daily and the mints take the horrible taste u get away I sometimes sleep with them in my cheek 🤣

I had severe HG with both of my babies, nothing worked to stop it for me, no meds but oddly enough mint trash bags helped tremendously.

All 3 kids and all 3 trimesters. Boxed mashed potatoes with water butter and salt immediately after waking up helped keep it at bay
