How To Deal With Job Burnout 😮😩😦🥺🙄😒😬🤨 if you are feeling burnt out in your job, I want you to consider# two things. first when is the last time you learned something new on this job? one of the main reasons I see burnout is that people aren't learning anything new. as human beings we are literally built to experience learn and grow in life. work is no different. if you're not learning new things you are getting bored! the second thing to consider is your routine and environment. oftentimes these become so repetitive and unoriginal that we get burnt out because again there's nothing new to stimulate us. when I think back to the pandemic and everybody starting to work remote we were required to do things entirely differently this woke our senses up and a lot of people felt that they were so much happier working remotely when in reality it just got them out of some serious burnout. now some people will forever work remotely be happy but there are going to be others that over time are going to find this not as great as they thought and we'll get burnt out working from home too I know I was one of those people. the point of the story is that if you can't change your environment at work and you can't learn something new at work it's probably time to look for a new job. and there's nothing wrong with that. what you don't want to do is stay and burn out mode and eventually see yourself getting laid off or fired for lack of performance. right now you're still doing a great job so why not shake things up? if you don't know how to figure this out about yourself I strongly encourage you to take the two free quizzes that I've built which will help you start to unlock your strengths so that when you do make a pivot you can make an informed decision to make sure you end up someplace where it's going to work to your advantage. and if you're looking for me to interpret your results for you so you can specifically understand what they mean check out the new tick tock series that I've got below which explains in great detail what you should consider for each of your strengths. #burnout #burniutrecovery #burnoutchallenge #howtorecover #howtofindajob #careerhelp #careeradvice
