I work for Oakley, the employee you spoke to was incorrect. We can order what is called a “Sock kit” it’s around ~15$ and takes a week or so to arrive since it’s from a “parts portal” however MRYlens also sells them for about the same price.

I have idea for you take the other rubber piece off go to home depot or lows and get some color rubber paint and dip the ends in and it’ll last forever!!

So I used some of that heat shrink stuff for wires on mine and just cut it to length. Had some spare sitting around to use.

I also work for Oakley HQ in lake forest. I can confirm what the earlier guy said. You can go on Oakley.com scroll down to the bottom where they have “support” then click warranty then go to “purchase spare parts” then it should lead you to a website where you make an account and just type in eye jacket redux and buy whatever part they sell. They can sell lenses too
