Anyone who was alive back then remembers rumors of huge fights between the Spencer’s and Charles after Diana’s death. Her brother even took a dig at the Royals during the memorial. So.. yeah I believe Charles said it.. The Royals acted like giant SOB’s the Queen had to be pressured by the Prime Minister to return to the Castle.. The British press even turned on them at one point
