@joey.sigue: #creatorsearchinsights #newsupdates The Department of Justice has issued a subpoena to Sen. Robin Padilla over a complaint alleging obstruction of the apprehension and prosecution of criminal offenders. The complaint stemmed from allegations that Padilla helped Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa leave the Senate in May to evade arrest. Dela Rosa is wanted under an International Criminal Court arrest warrant in connection with alleged crimes against humanity linked to former President Rodrigo Duterte’s drug war. Padilla was ordered to appear before the DOJ Panel of Prosecutors on Sept. 25 and Oct. 9. #RobinPadilla #DOJ #subpoena

Focaccia - using 3 different proofing methods: same day, 24hr, and 48hr Many people responded to my previous videos on focaccia at different hydrations, wondering if they can proof the dough in the fridge overnight, a common method used in a lot of recipes online. Using the same dough, let’s put to test the impact that a longer proof has on each loaf. The first loaf will be proofed at room temperature immediately following folding, the second will spend 24hr in the fridge after the 3rd fold, and the third loaf will spend 48hrs in the fridge. Recipe: - 500g Bread Flour of 12.5% protein - 10g Salt (2%) - 2.5g Yeast (0.5%) - Water, I used 400g (80%) Method: - Add all ingredients in a bowl, and mix together to form dough. Rest covered for 30 minutes in a warm spot. - Fold number 1, following the method in the previous videos. Rest 30 minutes covered. - Fold number 2, as above. Rest until doubled in size. - Fold/Shape using the coil fold method in the video and wet hands (and keep them wet) so the dough doesn’t stick to form a bun. - Using slightly wet hands, transfer the dough to a well oiled pan, lined with baking paper. Wrap with glad wrap, a little il on the dough will prevent it sticking. Proof using the instructions in the video. - Pre heat oven to 230 degrees. - Oil, salt, and dimple surface using wet hands. - Bake at 230 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn down to 200 degrees for another 15 minutes or until the crust is as dark as you like. - Rest for half an hour before slicing and eating. #focaccia #doughproofing #bread
