I hope that he will bond with Kaydee , but that’s up to him. He only really knows life with Jackie and they were so connected and just so tuned into each other . Sometimes I think he is still waiting for her to reappear. Kaydee is young and all over the place ( a bit of ADHD ) She’s curious and a smidge Wonky 😊 Now it’s Shadows turn to teach her like Jackie taught him. I hope she will be a new chapter in Shadows life and ours , I’m really rooting for them 🦋🦅🦅

I just adore her! Every time I see them sitting together like this all I think about is what's running through her mind. I imagine she's thinking " I just need to play it cool and copy what he's doing so it looks like I know what I'm doing" 😂

This is mending my heart. I felt all was lost when Jackie passed. Then this angel named Kaydee appeared on the nest that morning. She gave her respectful bow to the nest and entered my heart. She loves rent free there now.

This is special yet it hurts as well. Such mixed emotions for loss and new beginnings. Jackie will never be forgotten and is so dear to my heart. I know she would approve.
