I’ve had about 15 laparoscopy surgeries in the last 16yrs, I had a hysterectomy 2yrs ago. I asked that my ovaries be removed (I have 1 child) and my Dr declined. Fast forward to now, every month for a 2wks period, I flare so bad that I look as if I’m 9 months pregnant. I know it’s bc I still have my ovaries and when the hormones change in my body (when my cycle starts even with my having no blood flow from it), it takes me out every time. I want my ovaries out so badly so I can experiencing pain free days like I’ve had since my hysterectomy. What can I do to say to get a Dr to do this?

so I'm not diagnosed with it, but it's spread to my kidney and liver, making them double the size and i live in agony around my period, i get maybe one week to be able to move around normally.. but I've watched my family have the surgeries to remove it and see it grow back way more aggressively.. so I'm not seeing what happens if i leave it alone as long as i can
