Probably could put some aluminum foil underneath of it and it would be fine old coil stoves used to have aluminum foil for easy cleanup and to catch anything falling thru the burners

you can get an oven liner to go underneath it. I get mine from temu, I think I paid $6 for two of them and it'll help protect your cabinets.

I would get a fireproof mat to place under it. Amazon sells them I have a huge one that goes under my wood burning smoker. They work very well.

They have mats that go inside the bottom of your oven for spills that would work well underneath
