Does this rule affect the WHV 417 , I have just got my third year visa yesterday granted and i will be applying for partner visa next year can I still apply onshore I’m from the U.K. ?

It is a good idea, and a loophole that needed to be closed. Hopefully it reduces the gridlock at the moment with so many on the bridging visa.
