As a tow truck driver myself it does happen on steep inclines due to the stinger or the landing gear being to low at that point and so a chock block would have helped but hard to say without knowing I’ve also had trucks for sketchy companies that the e brake half ass worked

Breaks either failed or like everyone else is saying he put enough pressure down that it lifted his rear axel and caused it to roll but I’ve learned to just barely set the bed on the ground on an incline like that or have it an inch off the ground so the weight of the vehicle can bring the bed down

im betting on a manual transmission, and the parking brake is weak or not set. he doest lift the wheels off the ground from what I see. but dam tho that thing sledded off fast !
