I’ve been playing RE since the ps1 days. The grace hospital sections were absolutely amazing and probably the best RE gameplay in decades. That being said the Leon sections in raccoon city are really mediocre and kind of brings the game down a bit. The minute she gets on the helicopter the game fumbles a lot.

I didn’t care for the raccoon city parts after first playthrough ngl was cool for fan service but the care centre aesthetic was miles better than the rotting grey and brown design of the latter half of the game
