Echo looks fine. “Nothing wrong with your heart.” Okay… then why do you feel like crap? Because the heart doesn’t operate by itself. I’m looking at magnesium. Potassium. Iron. Blood sugar. Histamine. Gut inflammation. Mold exposure. Infections. And whether the nervous system is stuck in overdrive. Any of these can contribute to palpitations, racing heart, dizziness, or blood pressure swings without showing up as a blocked artery. Obviously rule out the scary cardiac stuff first. But a normal heart workup doesn’t mean the investigation should end there. Comment “heart” and I’ll show you what I look at next.
