Why the hell should a client be monitoring any electronics when they are the client and praying for the service if the owner is gonna step away they should turn it off until they come back. They should have won the lawsuit against the salon owner because he was totally at fault and for him to turn around and try to sue the dead. Customer’s family is messed up and he should go to jail on top of all that.

I think machine manufacturer. Shouldn’t leave customer with dangerous equipment. No safe equipment should do that. Time not that important.
