Do ex employees have a legal right to review their experience if it’s an honest review of their work experience? How does the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) play a role for rights current and ex employees. If statements were made I’m assuming each could be evaluated for what would be honest review of work experience and which would be potential defamation as untrue. Would opinion play a role as well? Is there a defense in right to review employees and ex employees have?
