@eugbrandstrat: The feed is a firehose. How does your brand stand out? Today: putting the "story brand" to rest - why building worlds instead of stories is the key to standing out in a nonlinear media environment. Building a brand in the Post-Social Era? Check out my course, The New Fundamentals of Brand - link in bio to enrol #brandstrategy #marketingstrategy #monoculture #communicationsstrategy
This is a logical argument only if you believe that a story needs to be presented chronologically. The vibe IS the story, cut up into smaller piece and thrown like confetti on our feeds.

Any clear example of a brand that does this?

I’m sorry but OF COURSE when we talk about storytelling we are also thinking about a vibe. Brand is the overarching story (not in the sense of a cohesive narrative line) but especially what assets transport the story in seconds. I thought it’s common knowledge.

Nothing new at all. Until brains are responding differently than before the rules remain. Context can change - culture, channel:medium, but not the fundamentals.

this is what I have been trying to implement in all my positions, but usually the ideas die due to leadership lack of understanding of social.

In Germany, there are also some very interesting studies on affective and vibe strategy that support exactly what you’re saying. That’s how we need to think about content, too. We’re not competing for one moment of attention. We’re competing for a regular place in our audience’s feed.
