I had leftover chocolate cookie dough, so instead of making another batch of regular chocolate cookies, I gave them the cozy fall treatment. 🤎 Rich, soft chocolate cookies get drizzled with a thick maple vanilla glaze and finished with flaky sea salt. The combination of deep chocolate + sweet maple + that little salty finish is SO good. MAPLE SEA SALT CHOCOLATE COOKIES leftover chocolate cookie dough ½ cup powdered sugar 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 1–2 tsp milk ¼ tsp vanilla tiny pinch cinnamon, optional flaky sea salt Bake cookies at 350°F for about 9–11 minutes, keeping the centers slightly soft. Whisk powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk + vanilla into a thick glaze. Drizzle over completely cooled cookies and immediately finish with flaky sea salt.
