I recently went to Needles & Hooks over by Lake Forest Park ! They're a smaller shop, but they have an area where you can work on projects, and plenty of yarns :) best part if you leave a ball of yarn unwound and don't use it in your project they let you return it !

stitches is great!! they’re primarily a sewing shop but they have a solid lineup of yarn, etc for how small their space is!
