@shelooksforwool8235: I wanted to share how I have used #bulletjournaling at work, over the years. I have found it to be super useful and has helped my productivity, focus, & retention. I also just enjoy the the process & tools 💙 #leuchtturm #corporatelife #productivity #BulletJournal
Ok Shannon, you’ve influenced me! I’m going to look into this. I use a Hobonichi Cousin for work and I LOVE it…but my daily notes always need more than one page. What I love it that there’s a calendar, but I’m looking into this way! Thanks dear!!

I do this same thing with all of my work, I don’t use that exact system, and I just use the old fashioned composition note books. I have always written notes, I save them all. My grown children laugh. I also save all of my planners, I use an actual planner. I have to be able to see things. I do think your bullet journaling is more organized than mine. I joke that mine is Willy Nilly. Funny thing, my boss knows that I write everything down, sometimes he will ask me questions about a meeting. I wonder if it’s our age? I have 10 years of planners. I love that you shared this.

I love this. I have always been a note taker. I’m a nurse and the importance of notes and documentation is so much of what I do. But in my personal life… I love pen to paper. Sermon notes, prayer/gratitude journaling. And I love that science can now prove that handwriting notes does increase engagement and comprehension. And I love that school are going back to that - with less laptop writing! Not to mention the joy of a good pen and good paper! ❤️Thank you for sharing!!!

They’ve done studies about writing and retaining information, also blue ink is proven to be better remembered , which makes sense because black and white is standard and just blends and doesn’t stand out . Sincerely a teacher/ writer/adhder/dotted paper lover !!! Love this notebook, and that you can do volumes and the numbered pages !

Shannon, you are so disciplined to keep up your note-taking at meetings and to keep track of everything on a daily basis. I’m retired now, but when I worked, I was awful at this. I admire your organization, ❤️

Love this!! I have a similar process and it helps me remember all my takeaways. I’ve now started taking pics and having AI transcribe them so I can share easily to my teams through OneNote without a ton of extra work. It has allowed me to keep my tactile process and make it electronic without a lot of extra work.

I use Boju and colors used to work really well for me. Green was work, black was home, red was urgency. Now I am going back and working with the symbols they are using now. With ADHD it is nice to make changes to the system every six months or so to keep me engaged.
