That’s insane you even offered to replace the pants!!! I would have been floored and shocked if this happened to me and you offered to get me new pants and pay for them. That like above and beyond more then hospitality. That’s disgusting they’d even be slightly disappointed or upset or do everything they’ve done after that and then agree to pay the whole outfit!!!! Mind blowing.

We offered cleaning service of "said garment" with an attorney prepared voucher to "said cleaners". You sign, we keep copy, your copy is your "voucher of service". (we're no players of that scheme!)

Fell off a toilet seat at Lowe’s ( hardware ) store. I didn’t gracefully fall nope the entire seat sent me sailing. It was in the handicapped stall. I sent pictures of injuries and of the broken seat. No I wasn’t so heavy this should have happened disclaimer [Tears of joy] they offered me $300 🤦♀️😩 that person was really reaching on the sauce.

I'm 67 I have been going out to eat . I had only 1 incident . the waitress took away appetizer while we were eating .my husband told her he was done we still had more calamari. told my husband he wouldn't have room to eat his dinner if he ate calamari

1st serving job in high school, I was pre-bussing a table at our local tex-mex restaurant. I dropped 2 or 3 bowls of salsa and chips, and like a cup or something on a girl from my school...all over her BRAND NEW LETTERMAN jacket (this was 23 years ago, so i don't remember exactly but I do remember the salsa)...i was mortified but she laughed it all and tipped me pretty well
