From the team behind Cabo Bob’s, Escuela sits on more than five acres in the historic Oak Hill Elementary schoolhouse, originally opened in 1923. And when they say farm-to-table, they mean it — they’re growing seasonal produce RIGHT HERE on the property using organic and regenerative farming practices. You can literally stroll through the gardens where ingredients for your dinner are being grown and it's absolutely gorgeous 😭🌱 AND this isn’t just one restaurant!!! Fino is the first concept to open: a refined, elevated take on Tex-Mex with seasonally inspired dishes, farm-grown produce, responsibly sourced proteins and beautiful cocktails.
