Have your CL reach out to the loacal school. I did this a few years back the admin team came over and hung out to help us reset expectations with the students… no issues ever since :)

Wish we could bolt the chairs and tables to the floor so they don’t move around. I had to rearrange the furniture 10 times at my store.

So I worked at a store that had a high school and we get upwards of 80 kids come in from 11 to 12. We had very strict rules for them that they needed to follow or they were gonna be asked to leave and we ended up having to only let them in five at a time in order to keep some assemblance in the café because it was looking like a prison riot in there when they were all in there at the same time

I’m a CL in Texas I’d love to talk more about some solutions if you’re interested! When I was an SSV we had a similar situation at my old store and eventually we were able to get our patio furniture removed, campus police on certain occasions, extra labor for directing the flow of kids in and out of the building, and recently a biggg solar powered parking lot camera!

find out what school most of the kids are coming from & speak to the principal, let them know that this is a recurring issue. public schools are heavily involved with the community.
