Only fake fans are mad we lost this game. Most people don’t realize that we didn’t have our starting safeties, Kirby, and Branch. Our D-line is decent, and our offense is good. We didn’t get our first stop on defense till the 4th with 8 mins left. To only lose by 10 is a huge deal.

It was a 2 score game the entire game, they were never in it. Defense can’t get dog walked on a weekly basis and let delusional fans say we’re right there. Blew a 21 point lead and gave up 30 points to give up 41 4 days later.

No. The defense was horrible. The defensive play calling was horrible. We let Josh Allen trot like a proud horse all over the field. The commentators even said during halftime that they didn't know why the defense was out of place with a team like Buffalo. They played the game so they know. Hutchinson was out of gas. The defense heart wasn't in it last night. Hutchinson can't do it by himself. He needs help. If we're going to make a run at it we need to make a trade. They need another pass rusher or a shut down cornerback or both. We can't wait for Kerby Joseph and Brian Branch to get back after season ending injuries. We need help now. There are more mobile quarterbacks out there. We need to make QBs like him feel uncomfortable. Another pass rusher like Crosby can do it. A shut down cornerback like Joey Porter can do it The GM needs to make a move now.

the lions need to get corners and stop grabbing wrs and rbs in the draft. the corners suck and with kerby and branch out there's 0 pass defense on this team it completely relies on the pass rush which isn't to bad thanks to hutch. we really need to invest more in the defense specifically in linebackers or corners and I think the lions will compete
