My freshman year at BYUI in 2014 it flooded like this during Spring Semester! There were literally guys kayaking down the street! But I have never seen an event bring together an entire school to help those whose apartments flooded so fast! Pumping water, moving furniture, cleaning up mud, the community coming together to make sure everyone got their damaged stuff fixed and/or replaced. This makes me miss Rexburg so much 😭

I got out in the rain last night just to watch the light show. Isn’t it nice? We can go back to a time when we can be kids.
