Been taking Valdispert (where the active component is valerian root) for some years now and it does work for me, but I do think it would be better to use the plant instead of the pills. Thanks for the video!

can't stand the smell! too strong for me, but a gorgeous herb. try using the flowers as it is a gentle smell compared to the root. heads up--cats love the plant, too. 🌼
