Random but playing Tetris is known to help PTSD/process trauma if you need something to decompress emotions. it sucks people are so disconnected from empathy. Especially with someone like that is insane 😞

i’m in college rn and i’m taking a death and dying course for my human development minor, and literally we had a guest speaker that is our county coroner and they literally talked about not filming things like this because coroners are supposed to be the ones the notify loved ones of death and when people film and post, people can find out their loved ones died before the coroner can which is a HORRIBLE way to learn of a loved one’s death. this is obviously aside from how horrific, dehumanizing, and disrespectful it is to film stuff this.

As a paramedic the number of times as I've been filmed while trying to help people in the literal worst moments of their lives is staggering. I mean I'm on the sidewalk with someone unconscious and look up and there's a phone inches from my face on FB live. I hate what we've become as a society. I'm sorry you had to experience this Court.

I really hope you have a therapist to work this through with, these kind of moments are sometimes, surprisingly traumatic. The shock can set in later. I hope for the best for that guy and that those people filming, had a reality check.

That reaction from the crowd is so appalling, people should not be so detached from one another. Empathy is so beautiful and so so needed.
