Chiori doing that at C2 is exactly why I keep saying her scaling gets stupid once you start feeding her premium Geo support. She’s one of those characters whose damage profile looks “fine” on paper, then on a cracked account she quietly turns into a blender because so much of her output is consistent and off field friendly.
