Fallout 4 has the upper hand in making power armor feel more important but I feel lame when I actually use it because you get it so early. In 3 and NV it feels like an actual privilege/achievement to get the armor training even it’s essentially just better combat armor. Fallout 4 also holds your hand the whole way through…
