speaker can said sorry bcos of medical but any cival servant in any ministry if spot 4 not paying attention or worse doozs..off is likely punish, worse he as speaker in parliament fall sick should have anticipated prossible outcome if not may have advised by doctor n not acted he is too important to get m.c instead,he now had makes good examples representing others Mps or Minister who had also fall asleep during parliament, should parliament arranges more breaks especially after lunch or even takes a naps b4 parliament sessions starts again rather they might had chit chat during lunch.😅😅😅
