Born in 1976 in the Jizzakh region, he pursued advanced Islamic studies at Al-Azhar University in Egypt, where he specialized in Sharia and Islamic law. He later continued his education in Quranic sciences and Qira’at, receiving ijazah certifications from renowned scholars in Egypt. Over the years, he has dedicated himself to teaching the Holy Quran and Tajwid, becoming a mentor to many Quran reciters and Islamic students across Uzbekistan. He currently serves as the head of the Quran and Tajwid Education Department of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan and continues to contribute to Islamic education through teaching, writing, and scholarly work.
