AD | The past month has been crazy busy for me, so I challenged myself to #UNLONDON for the day, and leave the city behind to find stillness, space, and a slower pace. I hopped on a Greater Anglia train for a day trip from London Liverpool Street to Cambridge, my old university hometown, and a place where I always feel at peace. My journey with @Greater Anglia was fast, smooth and incredibly easy, and in just over an hour, I arrived in Cambridge: a place that always feels a world away from London.  Below are my favourite spots to visit in Cambridge if you're planning a day out: 📍The Backs You'll get some of the best views of Cambridge University’s most beautiful colleges by walking along the River Cam, which many of the colleges back on to. Some of my favourites to visit include King's, Clare, St John's.  📍Jack's Gelato  Head here for incredible hand-churned ice cream with daily-changing flavours @gelatojack. The black sesame gelato is life-changing! 📍Garret Hostel Bridge There are many bridges in Cambridge where you can get a great view, but this is probably the best viewpoint without paying an entrance fee to one of the colleges. It’s lots of fun watching the punters ferrying visitors up and down the river: I highly recommend going for a punt too!  📍Fitzbillies This is Cambridge's oldest (and most famous) tea room @fitzbillies. Visit for coffee and delicious homemade cakes - try the ridiculously sticky Chelsea bun if you have a sweet tooth! It’s also right next door to Pembroke, my old college! #UNLONDON #TheArtOfUNLONDON #greateranglia
