“an establishment can set their own rules” yes if it’s consistent, in this case it isn’t. the rule says to not wear sleeveless top, which is hypocritical kasi nakapasok ang mga girl friends nya na naka sleeveless top. the rule didn’t specifically said for “male”. if this isn’t discrimination, what is it?
