Naengmyeon broth (credit to tara choi) made from scratch since there were no halal ones in my area! it’s spicy, cold and refreshing! ingredients 📝 [Naengmyeon] 500ml water 1/2 beef stock cube/seasoning 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp vinegar buldak samyang cucumber half-boiled egg/boiled egg (works too) Process 🔪🥘 1. In a pot, add water, beef stock cube, sugar and salt. Bring it to a boil and until the beef cube dissolves, stir in vinegar. Allow it cool awhile before transferring it to the freezer for 2-3 hours! (Scrape with fork once ice crystals form to create slush) 2. Cook one packet of Buldak ramen noodles in boiling water for about 5 to 7 minutes until soft. 3. Drain the noodles and rinse them thoroughly under cold running water to chill them completely 4. Place the cold noodles in a bowl and mix with the spicy sauce packet first. 5. Pour in chilled or partially slushy homemade naengmyeon soup broth. 6. Top with sliced cucumbers, a hard-boiled egg and the provided sesame/seaweed flake packet #fypシ゚ #buldaknaengmyeon #buldak #MYFoodie #foryoupage
