I’m a 9th grade girl and I’m thinking about changing schools. I’ve been at my current school since 1st grade, but I’ve always been the “quiet girl” and I don’t really have friends there. I have one close friend, but lately I’ve been feeling left out even with her, and she’s currently away for a week. During breaks, everyone leaves the classroom to hang out with their friends, and I’m usually left alone. I get really anxious before every break because I know I’ll be by myself. the school im at right now is close to my house, which is convenient. The school I’m thinking of transferring to is farther from my house. It’s about an 8-minute drive and around 35–40 minutes walking. My close girl cousin goes there, and I’d be in her class. I’m really close with her, so I feel like I’d have someone there. Would you transfer schools in this situation? id really appreciate honest advice. 🤍

I transferred schools like a month or so ago and before I wasn’t confident at all and now I am so so confident and so much happier in my opinion transferring schools makes stuff better cause it’s a fresh start
