You are unfolding into the fullness of you no matter what stage of the healing journey you’re in. I teach those who come into my world that healing comes in 4 stages: Awareness Balance Capacity Self-Trust Knowing which stage you’re in is crucial to perceiving and documenting your growth and healing. Knowing how to bridge the gap between them so you don’t feel like you’re in a healing stage you’ve already outgrown mentally but not yet emotionally is your next step. Kontrasti mes gjelbërimit të vjeshtës dhe dëborës së parë ka sjellë një pamje spektakolare, duke tërhequr vëmendjen e banorëve dhe vizitorëve të zonës. Ndërkohë, ndryshimi i motit kërkon kujdes të shtuar nga drejtuesit e automjeteve që udhëtojnë drejt zonave të thella malore. Temperaturat e ulëta dhe reshjet e dëborës mund të krijojnë vështirësi në qarkullim, ndaj drejtuesit këshillohen të tregohen të kujdesshëm, veçanërisht në akset malore ku kushtet atmosferike ndryshojnë shpejt.
