Sleep paralysis is a demonic attack no cap, they give it scientific names but can’t provide solutions for it, no neurological, psychological, mental explanation too.. and for some of us, we know when these attacks happen is when we become lukewarm spiritually, not cold, not hot but lukewarm because we’ve finally started directing energy towards greatness.

Whenever it happens to you, the best thing to do is to calm down, think about your toes and start moving it little by little, sleeping paralysis is normal, your brain is just awake but your body is not yet

Well I found a way to avoid it, I have a list of calm cool songs, the likes of Billie Eilish, Adele etc then I attach my background sounds (stream) to the music. I listen to it till I fall asleep and till date I’ve never experienced it again.
